Undergraduate Sport &amp; Exercise Science (SES) Programmes can provide the opportunity for students to develop transferable skills that are relevant to future employers. Indeed, students are encouraged to adopt a proactive approach to develop skills that demonstrate increasing capacity for reflective practice, independent learning, and critical thinking. The learning that is evident from this is particularly important when a framework for articulation and reflection is identified. An awareness of reflective processes is therefore seen as underpinning the development of active and autonomous learners, which in turn, can enhance the currency of SES students for employability purposes.
